Fish-Rite Boats are guaranteed against skin puncture that occurs during normal safe operation, while the property of the original purchaser. This guarantee is also extended for life against defective welds. The Lite models will have a one-year warranty.

Exclusions: Paint damage, wood components and damage that occurs as a result of improper towing with a trailer, excessive power, racing or misuse. Warranty does not cover electrolysis of salt water damage.

Any repairs covered under this guarantee will be performed at the manufacturer's plant in Central Point, OR. Any freight or transportation charges will be the responsibility of the boat owner. This guarantee is void if the boat has been altered, capsized, or sunk. As to the extent of liability, the judgment of Fish-Rite, Inc. will be final.
